About me
I've spent the last decade designing products that sit at the intersection of clarity and complexity. Most recently, I worked as a Senior/Lead Product Designer at Bromcom , a UK EdTech company building MIS and cloud solutions. I led the mobile app team while also supporting web and desktop experiences, improving UX practices across products used by over 1 million people and dashboards serving more than 3 million users. I also helped build an accessible UI library and design system aligned with WCAG standards to bring consistency and quality across the platform.
Alongside my day job, I consult with SMEs and mentor teams to turn messy problems into clear, usable products. My approach is simple: start with a solid strategy, iterate fast in agile, then scale with a system that keeps everything consistent.
I also wrote a handbook called Beyond the Surface about transformative usability testing, from understanding the why to iterating and retesting solutions across six chapters. A few chapters are available on Medium .
